The PTC typically holds meetings on the third of fourth Tuesday of the month in person at Excelsior (500 Building). The meetings are a great opportunity to become informed about both upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. The monthly PTC meetings also provide information about topics of interest by facilitating discussion between Excelsior teachers, parents, and district leaders. Come participate, share your feedback and provide suggestions!
When: The third/fourth Tuesday of each month from 12 PM – 1 PM, unless otherwise notes in the schedule below.
Where: All 2025/26 meetings are in person at Excelsior in the 500 Building.
